- LEVEL +1 Main, distributed in: living room, kitchen-dining room, toilet, covered terrace and swimming pool.
- LEVEL +2 Bedrooms, distributed in: Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and covered terrace; Bedroom 2 wardrobe and covered terrace; Bedroom 3 with wardrobe and covered terrace; Common bathroom.
- GARDEN a garden has been designed with trees and decorative plants in the area of the plot that has not been built.
The system is a la carte, being faithful to it, everything we offer is a starting point for our clients: The design of the villa will be adjusted to the client's taste; the location of the villa and its construction will be carried out in the place and plot chosen by the client and, the quality elements will be chosen by the client, for which, we offer three levels of quality that, in ascending form, we call them: Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
The mission is to give the client a wide range of options in design and quality, so that they can easily create their living space with the finishing elements that they really like and make them feel emotionally good.
This villa has been designed on a plot located in the third phase of the Sierra Gorda urbanization in Coín, Málaga. It is a reference and prototype for the client to choose an available plot in this urbanization or in another location of interest. The reference prices in this prototype location for the three quality levels offered are: Gold Basic price: 820.000€; Gold Plus price: 930.000€; Platinum price: 1.030.000€ and Diamond price: 1.135.000€. The prices offered do not include the taxes inherent to the sale and purchase.
The scope of action of this developer, so that the client can choose a location to build his villa, is the Costa del Sol of Malaga and its area of influence, from Tarifa, through all the municipalities of the coast: Algeciras, San Roque, La Alcaidesa, Sotogrande, Guadiaro, Manilva, Casares, Estepona, San Pedro Alcántara, Benahavís, Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Torremolinos, Alhaurín Torre, Alhaurín Grande, Coín, Málaga, Rincón de la Victoria, Vélez Málaga, Torre del Amar, Torrox, Nerja, La Herradura, Almuñécar, Salobreña and Motril. The technical team of villas a la carte will be in charge of managing, within the total of areas offered or those areas proposed by the client, the availability of plots at any given time required by a client and offer a specific economic offer for the chosen villa and plot.
The method is à la carte, the client decides and always has the last word, because we have a deep respect for his personal wishes and privacy.
We establish 3 very simple steps:
1.- Choice of the villa and location. From the collection of villas and the catalogue of plots offered, the client chooses the one he really likes and best fits his needs and desires. "From this moment everything starts".
2.- Adjusting the design. Once the villa and location have been chosen, the client can adjust the interior and exterior design to their personal needs, with the utmost respect for the applicable regulations and, always with the help and advice of the technical team of villas a la carte who will inform them of the technical feasibility of the proposed changes.
3.-Choice of finishing elements. We offer a diversity of options in the finishing elements. Selected from the sensation of balance, harmony and wellbeing, seeking at all times the maximum ease and comfort for our clients. In each of the villas in the collection we offer three levels of quality which, in ascending order, we call them: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. In addition, a battery of extras is offered, consisting of finishing elements that are not included in any of the three levels. The client can choose any of the three levels, interact between them, incorporate extras or contribute different ideas to be studied by the villas à la carte team.

The developer will be able to carry out modifications without any reduction in the quality of the materials. The images shown are indicative, not exclusive and subject to variation. The availability of the electrical appliances and other quality elements included here will be checked on the date of signing the contract and the date of their installation, replacing them with a brand and model of equivalent quality in the event of a shortage.
