Reflections on our first months

Felicity Estates launched its website on August 6th and we never thought we would have so much to do so quickly. We knew, of course, that the demand for buying a home in Spain was big at the moment, but we are still surprised that the activity has been (and still is) so intense, especially for us as a new company.

We who run Felicity Estates are not new to the industry, however, and our wide network of contacts has of course played a major role in the establishment being able to go so quickly and become a great success already during the autumn.

It is especially fun to see that our customers come from so many different countries. We who run Felcity Estates are admittedly Swedes, but we are 100% an international real estate firm. We speak several languages and have been both established and integrated in Spain for many years. This makes it easy for us to gain the trust of our customers, regardless of their nationality.

Among those who have decided to buy with us so far are clients from Sweden, Finland, Scotland, France and Russia. Among those we have built a relationship with in recent months are also Spaniards, Poles, Dutch, Belgians, Americans, English, Danes, Germans, Austrians, and many more. We are so proud and happy that we feel like a natural colaborating partner for so many different nationalities.

But of course it is always ultimately about listening to each client´s specific needs and wishes, about being service-minded and flexible and not least that we actually love what we do, which of course is contagious and makes the process fun for all parties.

We are also convinced that the best thing is not to stress customers to quick decisions if they are not ready for it. We work long-term and would like to be part of the customer's journey, even if it sometimes takes a little time.
